Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because we operate as an inventory liquidation and reselling storefront, our items are priced dynamically at deep discounts that do not accommodate standard retail return structures. To keep our prices as low as possible for the community, we enforce a strict policy on all purchases.

All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns for Fit or Sizing: Sizing varies significantly between footwear brands and models. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their size is correct before completing checkout. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if an item does not fit.

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference regarding the style or look of the product.

Exceptions & Order Errors

We take full responsibility for the accuracy of our listings. We will gladly authorize a return, exchange, or full refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item Received: You were accidentally shipped a completely different shoe model, colorway, or size than what is displayed on your original order invoice.

  2. Gross Misrepresentation: The item arrives with a major structural flaw, condition grading error, or material discrepancy that was completely omitted from the product descriptions or listing photographs.

How to Start a Claim: If your order meets one of the two exceptions above, you must contact our team within 7 days of delivery. Please email us your order number alongside clear, multi-angle photographs of the issue at brickcitykicks501@gmail.com or go to the contact page on our website.

If a return is authorized due to our error, we will provide a prepaid domestic shipping label to return the item to our facility. Items must be returned unworn and in the exact condition they were received, including all original boxes, tags, and packaging materials.
